Balaitoto Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Entertainment Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Balaitoto and every individual who registers for or uses our platform. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process on Balaitoto or use any feature of our platform, including viewing games in demo mode.

Withdrawals from your Balaitoto account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• For withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow), processing is typically completed within 5–15 minutes.
• For withdrawals to a bank account via FPX or bank transfer, processing is typically completed within 15–60 minutes subject to bank operating hours.
